Prom Dress Pop-Up

Prom is a magical moment in every high school student's life, and we believe that financial constraints should not prevent any young girl from experiencing this unforgettable night to the fullest. To make this dream a reality, we are organizing an event where high school girls will have access to a wide array of affordable prom dresses, allowing them to celebrate this milestone in style.

Join Us in Making Dreams Come True: Donate to Junior League of Sioux City’s Prom Dress Pop-Up!

We are seeking the support of our community to ensure the success of this event, and your contribution can make a significant difference. Your generosity can help transform a young girl's prom experience.

Here's how you can help:

• Monetary Donations: Your financial support will enable us to purchase additional dresses. When donating with Paypal, designate your donation to the prom dress pop-up in the "Note to Junior League of SC" box before confirming your donation. 
• Gently Used Dresses: If you have gently used prom dresses or formal evening gowns that are in excellent condition, consider donating them to our cause. Your pre-loved dresses can become a source of joy for another girl on her special night.
• Spread the Word: Share our cause with your friends, family, and colleagues. The more people who know about our initiative, the greater the impact we can make together.

We will be collecting donations through February 22, 2024. Please drop off your contributions at the Junior League Discovery Shop, 316 W 7th St, Sioux City, IA 51103.

Every donation, big or small, brings us one step closer to making prom dreams come true for these deserving young girls. We look forward to your support in creating a magical prom experience for high school girls in our community.

Find Your Prom Dress

Junior League of Sioux City has partnered with the landlords of the former Dream Dress Express to expand our event! The landlords are liquidating new dresses at a low cost - between 50-90% of the retail value. Come shop from over 850 dresses in the former Dream Dress Express/Tip Top Tux building (500 Floyd Blvd, Sioux City, IA 51101).
