Project Name

Project Description. Please describe the proposed project. Be specific as to what Junior League dollars and volunteers will enable the organization to accomplish.

Problem Statement/Statement of Need. Please explain the problem or need being addressed by the proposed project. Please provide any available evidence of the need or examples of the problem, such as statistics, surveys, etc.

Project Purpose and Goals. Please explain how the proposed project will serve as a catalyst of change for the stated problems and/or needs. Please include goals and objectives of the proposed project that may be measured.

Target Population. Please describe who will benefit from the proposed project. Be specific as to the target population, including numbers of individuals, community, etc.

Timeframe. Please include a timetable for coordination and implementation of the proposed project as well as addressing a phase out of the proposed project. If the proposed project would take more than one year to implement, please describe the proposed project’s timeline in one-year time frames. Please note: the Junior League year runs from June 1 through May 31.

Evaluation Measures. Please explain how the results of the proposed project will be measured. How may the proposed project be evaluated for success?

Estimated Budget/Funding. Please describe the expected costs of the proposed project, whether any funding has already been secured for the proposed project, whether funding in addition to the funding requested from Junior League will be needed, and if so, how it will be procured.

Volunteer Needs. Please describe how the proposed project will benefit from the leadership of Junior League volunteers. Please include the number of Junior League volunteers required for the proposed project and the skills they may expect to learn or further develop by working on the proposed project.
